EXCHANGE / RETURN POLICY
  • To be eligible to exchange your item(s), your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Item(s) must not be washed, altered or worn with all the tags and packaging in tact
  • Item(s) can be exchanged for different size with the same colour and design only
  •  Item(s) can only be exchanged if there is/are any defect(s) by SHALS
  •  Item(s) must be posted in (7) days upon receiving local delivery and ten (10) days upon receiving overseas delivery.
  •  Item(s) will only be exchanged subject to stock availability 
  • All exchanged items will be processed within 5 working days upon item received
  • Sale and discounted item(s) purchased through online cannot be exchanged unless the item(s) were delivered faulty
REFUNDS (if applicable)
  • Can only be refunded if the item(s) that you purchased is/are not available for exchange
  •  Item(s) must be posted in 7 days upon receiving local delivery and 10 days after receiving overseas delivery.
  • Refund will be banked in within 5 working days
LATE AND MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@shals.com.my
SALE AND PROMOTIONAL ITEMS (if applicable)
  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
  • To return your product, you should mail your product to:

SHIPPING COSTS
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless items were received faulty from our side.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
